Looks like the emergency flashers turn on almost immediately after the fire starts. I don’t think this is a simple case of the exhaust catching the bodywork on fire. Either the car detected a fault, or something startled the driver into activating the flashers. (Notice how quickly the driver’s hands fall from their camera pose.)

Looks like: 458 driver pops up his camera, Lambo driver sees him and flashes double V signs while revving his engine, engine burps out raw gas from the left tailpipe which ignites the rear fascia. Now I don't have a clue as to why she swallowed the fly...
